This board is great if you’re a bit nervous about falling or like me, not very flexible and in need of a bit more board space to do what you need to do. Love that I feel so secure on this board and managed to use if for 3 hours without falling off. Downside is that it doesn’t move as quickly through the water as a smaller board would but I’m happy just to meander so it’s perfect for me.

I got the yoga board as it is for myself and my dog Gerty, as she is a rotty I wanted a board that was a little wider to fit us both on easy as we also have the barracuda sup which is also amazing but the yoga board gives me and the dog more room to move around on and a little more stability definitely recommended especially if you like me want to take your large dog with you
